In one of his ploys, Wang falsely used his own home in Richmond as an address for 114 of his clients who didn't live in Canada.

Lol.... wow, you'd think someone would have caught on by, like, the 10th person with the same address. I mean, some cultures do have big families in one house, but 114 seems a bit extreme

"The consultants were absolutely dealing with people who are totally ignorant. They didn't even realize that the consultant was not even licensed," says Wlodyka.

What a crock. There's no way they were "ignorant". It doesn't matter anyways because you are responsible for your own paperwork even if someone else handles it.
