Hi
it is written in the COPR that the city of dis. is Windsor
so can I land directly in Toronto and live in Toronto, or do I have to go to Windsor to apply at the beginning and then move to Toronto?
specifically when I fill the PR Card form (IMM 5444E) can the address be in Toronto, or must it be in Windsor?
and when I apply for the social insurance and the OHIP, do I have to go to Windsor or not?
