Choosing UG instead of PGDM

Guys i'm doing B.com right now
I have cleared all my exam execpt for one Exam

So i have supply which have to be cleared in December & i will get results in April next year ... Which means i can only go to canada in 2019 September
But I don't want to waste 1 more year

Is it okay if i choose UG instead of PGDM ?
(considering i will provide my cleared exams marksheets from college) & go for Undergraduate program --- i have 7.5 bands

you should go for a PGD and your IELTS is good, what are your individual band score?

7.5 Reading
6.5 writing
6.5 speaking

80 % in 12 th grade
62% in B.COM but with 1 Uncleared exam
