changes to ITA after the submission due to wrong JOB offer

please Advice: I submitted my ITA on July 2020, I have submitted my job offer that expires on July 1st, 2021. ( currently, I'm on work permit till July 2021)
I spoke with the hospital I work for they are willing to give me a new job offer from July 2021 till July 2022 in the same position. so no need for new LMIA but the hospital will not mention that the job offer is valid for post PR approval. will the IRCC accept a new updated job offer?

Question pls
My boss will give me job offer for 2 or even 3 years. But will not mention post PR approval.
My current job offer expires in July 2021. So far I have only 8 months work post PR.( in case they approve my ITA this month.)
Pls advice.
