Hello Guys,

People living in Canada and working in US on H1b, have you guys changed the address on AR-11 form of USCIS. If you did change, have you given Canadian address or US address?

Thanks

I am not sure if AR11 was filed for me but I have Canadian address in employer records as well as the same Canadian address being used while filing extensions at uscis.
Either way whether AR11 gets filed or not, using Canadian address at employer location or at uscis or at border is not an issue.

When you are living in Canada, you are not working in the US on H1B. If you are traveling daily/periodically to US to work and using H1B Visa, then you should also have a US address. Use that address. AR-11 is not meant to change to a foreign address.

Not Necessarily, you can just have a Canadian Address and you are good.
There is simply no point filing AR-11 to update foreign address. AR-11 is meant for foreigners who are present in the US to update their US address. If you are not living in the US, there is nothing to report.
