Change Occupations List

How many chances are there to make any changes in existence occupation list in Sep' 09? I am anxious about coz I am going to apply under NOC # 1111 after Sep.

I hope Canadian immigration minister can give some relaxation in the current instruction on work experience "one year full time continous full time employment" because this is very complicated
