CEC Requirements ??????????

Hi All,

I have one simple question to ask from you guys. In CEC do we have to take Documents from employer or just experience certificate is ok? Is salary matters if you are applying CEC?

you will need a reference letter outlining your role in the company also including salary,start and end dates///

Can u plz help me as well..nobody is answering me and this is bit disappointing and annoying at same time
my only question is: does it matter if work and ur canadian study is not same? I did certification in community mental health and presently supervisor at a gas station. I meet all other requirements of CEC but only confused abt it..plz some body reply this time

I need some information here. Plz help.
I came to canada in 2011 - 1 year crtifcation in community mental health
2012- got 1 year PSWP. open
2012-got job at a gas station as cashier.
2013-in January got promoted as supervisor.
2013-obtained LMO, applied for work permit extension. in July 2013 got 2 years closed work permit with same employer.
If we talk abt NOC then my code is 6211 under NOC B
NOW I want to know...Am I eligible to apply under CEC after 1 year of experince as supervisor ? i.e. from january 2013-jan 2014??
Is my 1 year study going o affect the application?
do i have to do something else..!!
plz somebody help me.

Complete the one year full experience as supervisor 2014 (maybe a little bit more just to be on the safe side about timing), take your IELTS or CELPIP and if the rules for CEC still like today you are good to apply, it doesn't matter your field of study is different to your work experience, but nobody can assure the rules are going to be the same, finger crossing next year you will be sending your pr application, good luck and take care, keep an eye on cic to make sure about any change on the criteria and take a look on nomination programs, depending on the province maybe you can apply by that program as well
