CEC Profile -Employer Name and Address

Hello Experts,

I hope you all are safe and doing well.

Have a question about CEC WORK experience. I am hired through an agency for their client, Agency is US based but they had provide me their Canadian address as well. My work location is in Ontario but Agency Canadian address is in different province. I have few following questions:

1. What I need to enter under Employer name and which Address ( Ontario or other province ) ?
2. Which address need to have on employment reference letter head ? ( US one or CANADA )

NOTE: I am paying taxes in Ontario, Canada Only. My Pay rate is in USD but they converts in CAD and provide pay.
