I don't have LMIA, not claiming the 30 points for arranged employment,
should I answer NO to the question "do you have a job offer?
I learned from this forum that we should answer "NO" even if we're working full-time in Canada as long as we don't have LMIA, but I've also got 600 points from BC PNP. Should I still answer NO?
