I'm planning on applying for my PR via the CEC path (NOC 5241) with CRS score of 478.
• I'm 25 years old.
• I've got Listening - 8.5, Reading - 7.5, Writing - 7, Speaking - 7 on my IELTS.
• I've got a 2 year diploma at a Canadian college.
• I've got 3+ years of foreign work experience.
• I'll be completing my 1 year of Canadian work experience in another 1.5 months.
• I recently moved from Ontario to Montreal, Quebec for a 6 month job contract, which will end in January 2023.
Should I wait until I move back to Ontario to apply via the CEC path or should I apply from Quebec stating my plan to move back to Ontario after my contract, with a letter of explanation?
My concern is, would it be a risk to apply from Quebec even though I'm planning on moving back to Ontario after my job contract?
