CEC at ITA stage VS online PNP at AOR stage

Hi, I just got AOR from applying inland non-EE PNP after 5 months, timeline below.
I also have EE profile in a pool that is promising to be picked under CEC program next round (my CRS is 524), the question is if I got ITA under CEC, should I accept or reject it? Which one process faster now between online PNP at AOR stage and CEC at ITA stage? Are there any negative consequences if I accept ITA under CEC at this point?

My timeline: (OINP job offer: foreign skill worker)
AR: Mar 11 2022
AOR: Aug 18 2022
ADR: Aug 18 2022 (asking for spouse's police certificate)
