Can anyone tell me how to submit a CSE please? Not sure if it'll make a difference, but I am an outland applicant.

Hello All,

I applied to Federal Skilled Worker category last year but my application got rejected because some documents were missing.They returned the application to me in December last year.Can i file case specific enquiry now?
