Canadian Visa Working Holiday urgent question

I applied for my Visa. I uploaded every Document and payed. I also gave biometrics.
After one week I got a message in my account, that I have to re-send my passport till 14th February 2019. Unfortunately I read this message after the 14th, because I did not received the message, because I had no WiFi in this week.
As soon, as I got that message I re-send my passport document and wrote them, that I did not received the message.
I got a mail back, with a link, where I should upload my passport, so I did this.
Now, after 2 weeks, my account says, that the IRCC did not received my passport, but I can see that I uploaded the right document.
I really need some advice, what I can do now?
