As long as the child is under the age of 18 and you are citizen, you can apply for him immediately after "landing" He does not require 3 years of residency.
Can the applicant, after his applying to Canadian Citizen, to move across Canada and to be theare and to come back by the time when will be the Ceremony of the Outh?
