Canada is as you have noticed a big country so any particular city/province you had in mind ?
I have no specific knowledge about PM courses although Centennial College Toronto does get a mention on here sometimes as do Humber, George Brown and so on..
It is just a matter of setting on a location and going through various college websites to see what programs they offer and what their admission requirements are. With PM probably makes sense to find one that has a coop as part of the course and leads to possibility of PM certification.
