There is no easy way to become a PR you need to research all the options to see which program you might qualify for starting with assessing your points score for express entry.

Many people here would recommend at least a 2 year PG course as that could give you 3 year PGWP whereas a one year course only a one year PGWP. With 3 year PGWP your chances of qualifying for PR increase given you have the opportunity to gain Canadian work experience assuming NOC 0,A or B
