Hi Everyone, I need some information on Immigration in Canada. I am currently living in Canada and work full time since last 2 years and 6 months in a skilled worker category. My post graduate work visa is about to expire in the month of June,2016. I have applied permanent residency under express entry but I have not received an invitation yet, and I also applied through Alberta Nominee Program in 2014 and I have not heard anything from them yet. I appeared for my English test to improve my score in Expres Entry but I have not received my results yet. During my 3 years of work visa I was not in the Canada for 2 months as I went on vacation. Does that mean I can apply for my work visa extension for 2 months only(to cover my gaps in employment). Has anyone ever done anything like this?? Cold someone give me more information?
Additionally, my work visa expires on June 26th, 2016. I would like to know if I am allowed to work in my current job for 90 days after my work visa expires?
I will really appreciate if someone here could give me more information.
