This is kind of old news, but yes... 6.5 is enough for 4 points in most bands except for Listening (7.5-9)

It is not true, you are looking at the high points, go down a little further on the same page and you will see the score requirements are same. 6.5 in all except listening 7.5 to get maximum. Don't be misguided.
