Can you flagpole if you applied Inland or do you have to wait for an interview. I'm an outland so i have no idea. Asking for a friend.

Only applicants (outland) who received their COPR in the mail can they flagpole at the US border. COPR for inland applicants are waiting to be signed at the local CIC office.
