can OPen work Permit holders - Apply for PR thorugh Express Entry or PNP Individually - WIhtout family

Hi All,
Can some one help to confirm , if open work Permit holder (spouse Visa) can apply for PR through either Express Entry or PNP by excluding family members, though family is currently in Canada.

As current score with family is not meeting the cutoff score, so want to try my luck by above option , as my spouse is already on Closed work Permit.

Please some one help

There is nothing specific in law or regulation to prevent you from applying with your family members listed as non-accompanying, as long as they are medically and otherwise admissible to Canada.
