Hi all,
I am married and have three children who are all Canadian by birth. We are currently living outside Canada but wish to move to Canada to settle and work there. My kids age are all below 10 years. I tried the online application for skilled worker and express entry. I achieved the 67 score but still getting the msg that I am ineligable. Any advice ?

Until your children are 18: there is no option for them to sponsor you. Once they reach 18 and return to Canada, meet LICO for 3 years, they will then be eligible to enter the lottery to sponsor you. The absolute earliest they could sponsor you would be when they are 21/22 years old. Until then, it’s not possible. Having children born in Canada does not give any benefit to the foreign national parent. You have another 12+ years to wait before your children could even attempt to sponsor you.

Agreed with the above - your children cannot sponsor you at this time and it's going to be more than a decade before they can. If you have 67 FSW points but are still showing as not eligible, then you're doing something wrong in the set up of the EE profile. I would recommend you post to the Express Entry section of the forum to resolve this issue.

You need a valid IELTS result and ECA, as well as the required funds for your family size to be eligible. If you don't have all of these, your Express Entry profile is automatically ineligible.

Out of curiosity you have 3 Canadian born children so were you previously working or studying in Canada? Seems like we are missing part of the story.
