Can i Work full time ?

I would like to request clarification regarding my work eligibility while my study permit extension is in process.

I completed my first program, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Predictive Analytics at Conestoga College, in August 2025. My current study permit is valid until December 2025.

I have already applied for a study permit extension because I have been accepted into my next program, the Master of Management at Crandall University, which will begin in January 2026. My application for the extension is under process, so I am currently on maintained status (applied status).

I would like to confirm how many hours I am legally allowed to work during this period.
Since my first program has ended and my next program starts in January 2026,

Do you realize Crandall is a private university? Do you have PAL and when did you apply?

Yes I have PAL and everything i m waiting only for extension

Given rejection rates these days I would be very reluctant to start school until you have a study permit. You also risk losing a lot of money if denied and already studying. Given the choice of school there are higher chances of rejection compared to a program at a public university.
