Can I send passport without VFS?

Hello,
I took premium service from VFS by paying INR 3050. I got passport submission request from IRCC.

Now, I did what VFS said, but they just send auto-reply. A human replied after one day asking to send some details in .txt file with some table in it. First of all, who types a table in txt file? Absolute worst. I still did that and its been 2 days no reply, nothing.

Their phone support doesn't exists for practical purposes. Its a bunch of disclaimers and no human to speak to at the end.

I don't want to waste my my time.

Can someone help me if I can send passport to Canadian high commission without VFS in between? If yes, please guide me how.

It can take 7-10 days to get the payment link for non-premium members, not sure about premium. Their process has too many quirks and faults, including the table in .txt thing. I just put details in email.
