Can I land without main applicant ?

Hi we had a quibec investment program since 6 years ago I'm 18 years old my father is main applicant after long time of waiting we received are answer which told us you should get your IMMIGRANT visa so we get it and we have a visa and a letter (confirmation of permanent residence) the problem is I am in canada now ( with my tourist visa ) and my father isn't here . My question is can I land without him ? because if i don't get my PR i cannot start my college or high-school so i just fiddling my time . thanks for your answer

Yes - you can land without him. However he has to land first (before you) since he is the primary applicant.

You can either land with him - or land after him. You cannot land before he does.
