You can't get a visa on that basis. If you give more info, on how your father got citizenship, where he was born, etc, it's possible you would be eligible for citizenship (mainly whether he was born in canada). There is a separate forum here on citizenship.

Thanks.. He was not born in canada.. He landed in Canada about 30 years back.. And he got disappeared after 10 years from the landed date.. I'm not sure whether he alive or not..

Then no, you would not be eligible for citizenship.
