I know I am late for applying NBPNP. I couldn't find on website that intake of applications are closed.

Is it still open?

Yes, It is still open but It taking applications But it is priority wise now. Check the NBPNP express entry webpage and follow the link additional criteria. Now, People having work experience, education or job offer are given priority over any other applicant.
