In process means, they have accepted your application and still working on it. A decision has not yet made for interview, medical. During this period they may even ask for some additional documents too (if necessary). They normally don't call every one for interview but you may get a letter saying that an interview is 'waved' in your case.
A simple answer : your application is "still in process".
