Actually my WP is going to expire in march 2019. I am waiting for my PR. Its been 8 months since my AOR. I only passed medical. My eligibility is still under review. I read somewhere if your eligibility is nt passed, u cnt apply for BOWP. I thought i just need AOR to apply BOWP. Plz advice me so i cn apply for my BOWP.

You just need AOR to apply for BOWP. You can apply if there is less than 4 months remaining on your current WP.

Under express entry, you can apply as soon as you have the AOR, but it won't be approved until your application is reviewed for completeness and put into processing. Since your eligibility is under review, you are past that point. So you can apply now (or wait until closer to the expiry date to see if you need it or not). You just need to apply before your current permit expires.
