Biometrics inside Canada

Hey guys I really need help on this !

I am currently inside Canada on work permit which I obtained through PNP. My PR application passed the medial and requested me to do Biometrics.

Can I give biometrics inside Canada? if not where should I go ?
I can't go to the US I am holding Iranian passport

Any recommendation of a nearest country that I can go quickly for submitting my biometrics as I am running out of time ?
