Best Bank in Montreal / Canada

This is Generic Doubts, which may be answered earlier. Sorry for the repeating.

I am landing in Montreal by Next month, I want to open a Bank account if possible in online mode. I have google about it and found some major banks like RBC, Scottia, BMC, TD bank etc. on these bank which one gives better service, network coverage, low maintenance charges, low transaction charges. ?

Most major banks offer "newcomer" packages. Your major cocern now is to start building your credit history in Canada and these packages offer you a credit card with no Canadian credit history which is a good start. I know RBC and CIBC offer such packges. Take a look
