okie i am confused.. here is the deal,

My husband is on a work permit right now as a construction Manager (NOC: Level 0 - HRDC Approved) However, he doesnt have any certificate in this field. He has 2 years diploma in accounting, and now since his work permit is approved he has 2 years experience in this field. Now we are planning to apply for PNP (our lawyer's idea) would there be any problem?

yeah he has a guaranteed job offer - but the people who is sponsoring him is not in construction business, they are building this school only, the project is going to end around 2010. It is actually an education institute that wants to expand their school by building it themselves. do u see any problem?
