bc PNP question ?

hey,

whats the benfit of bc pnp ? it says u must meet the requirements of skilled-worker to apply , if i met the requirements if skilled worker, i would be able to apply on General skilled-worker canada immigration, so whats the benfit of bc pnp ?

PNP is way faster than regular skilled worker. The only thing is with PNP you have to have a job offer before you come but that can be good because at least then you know you can find a job. As discussed in another thread recently, some ppl have applied as regular skilled worker only to find out they had problems getting a job in their field when they arrived.

Actually I can answer this simply the federal Program has a 4-5 year waiting period,Provincial Nominees take between 6-9 Months to come in.It does require a job offer which all the employment agencies can offer.Tommorow,I will be at the Barbeque of the BC Immigration minister who is an advocate of more Immigrants to BC.We need more Immigrants in BC,Thats why the BC Goverment tries to educate people about PNP.

Can anyone help me giving information on how can I apply for BC PNP as a Medical Diagnostic Sonographer. What about CSDMS membership? Do they have any alternate pathway like recognising my experience of around 15+ years?
I will request reply from senior & experienced members like BC Guy, Leon, Nanak12 and still others to mention.
