Is anyone in the process or secured a nomination from BC PNP from outside Canada? I'd like to know the type of evidence of recruitment my prospective employer should provide. I have read the part in the guide about evidence of recruitment but I'd like more details please. Which websites did your employer advertise with, for how long etc. Did you provide emails as evidence between your employer and unsuccessful applicants? What exactly did you provided in this regard? I just want to make sure I provide sufficient evidence. I understand that a LMIA isn't required but I have read that there are similarities when it comes to proving that bona fide efforts were made to recruit from the local labour market.
