Back check

Hi guys, i sent my application on Oct 2, 2020, i received AOR on Dec 2020. Still did not get any test..my account shows back check in progress. Did not receive any fingerprint request. Last time i called IRCC and they said each applications are unique. If they require anything they will ask documents. Anyone still waiting for back check completed or anyone has any idea why my back check is being delayed as i few of my frnds got the citizenship test already who applied after me?

Hello, my spouse also has background check still in progress. AOR received in jan 2021. Last update 23 april 2021. Everything still in progress. We applied together but my BC is complete since 17 march 2021.
