Hi! My h4 stamping would expire in 12 days. My plan is to travel to Canada in March. I have COPR with April 4th as expiry date. My visa class changed to H1B from Oct 2022 after it’s picked in lottery and I now have i797A and no stamping for H1B.
1. Am I eligible to enter back to US from Canada with AVR process in this case as my visa class changed from H4 to H1B?
