ATTN ALL Forum Members Please help with BOWP Issue

Hi, all I just logged on to check the MYCIC status for my BOWP and noticed something weird.

For the section where I need to upload the Form 'IMM5710' it says 'Document Required'. In the field to the left it says 'Document Provided' - IMM5710

I'm not sure wh at is going on. I can't even upload any document as it has already been uploaded.

I'm not sure if this is a system glitch. It's asking for a document that is provided.

Please HELP!!!
