Need you suggestions on how to answer a few sections: I am in Toronto and planning to file by end of August 2013

Application Details Section:
No. 4 -- Immigration Office requested for processing this application

Personal Details:
10. Current country of residence. What should be the TO Date. (Should it be end of my work permit date), or shall i leave it black to indicate "Till Date"

Contact Information
5. Fax No -- I don't have a fax information. Can i leave this blank?

Education:
2. Total No: Education Years - Should i count from my Kindergarden till my Master Degree Years
3. Current Occupation -- Should i mention my role or the designation, because as per my Company's offer letter i am designated as Project Manager but i perform the role of an Database Administrator and in my Work Permit its mentioned as Database Administrator

Dependent Section:
12. Dependent Type -- I am going to include my Spouse and what will be her dependent type and i dont see any type applicable to her. For my kid she falls in Type A

CPP-O if you are in Canada.

Personal Details:

You can use the work permit expiry date.

Yes.

Education:

Doesn't matter very much. Most people count from Kindergarden or Grade 1.

What will you have on your reference letter? I would use that.

What question does it ask dependent type in? Under "Dependents", Question 10 asks you the relationship to your dependent.

For your last question, I just referred to the form again. When you select Spouse, dependent type will get grayed out. You don't need to mention a type.

Thanks. My Reference letter says "Designated as Project Manager" . Performing the role of an DBA and lists out all the DB roles and activities.
BTW i will be applying under NOC2172

When I am selecting the relationship as 'Spouse' the dependent type is not getting greyed out.

So what will be the dependent type for spouse?

For your last question, I just referred to the form again. When you select Spouse, dependent type will get grayed out. You don't need to mention a type.
