Arriving day before my Poe expires

I have to arrive in Canada by April 25th to activate my Working visa.

I then plan to stay in Canada for a year.

I plan to arrive in Canada on the evening of the 24th (the day before expiry). I am irish and flying from Ireland.

Do you think will I have difficulties as its the day before??
And if my flight is delayed and I arrive during the day on the 25th will I be allowed in?
I can't seem to contact the immigration office

I know it sounds stupid but only because I arrive so close to the day?

I've read some threads and they say it can cause difficulty?

As long as it still valid you will have no problems.
