Asking question on behalf o fmy colleague

If someone gets a letter from the company saying that he has been interviewed both on telephone and on line and that he meets all the criteria and that an offer of employment is attached subject to the condition that he or she is legally allowed to work in Canada weather by PR or any other recourse, will that help him in his immigration?

Please advise
 
It might help relax the POF requirement and even that depends on the officer assessing the application. It won't make any difference to the PR application unless this is an LMIA supported job offer.

so it means my job offer should be LMIA supported.. else i am not going to go through the arranged employment points?
 
If you want those 600 points, it has to be an LMIA supported job offer.
