Hi folks,
I have a question concerning the "appraisal report" which is listed in the document check list I received.
It says "Appraisal report containing a detailed description of your job responsibilities".

Is that something that I write myself ? I would appreciate any help on that.

Did they send you a document check list?

From my work experience, the appraisal report is like a review on your performance given to you by your manager (sometimes with inputs from other people too). Usually, it is not something you write for yourself. In some companies, every employee do create a self-appraisal but I don't think that CIC means that.

Anyway, best to wait for someone else to answer.

How can they specifically ask for "appraisal report"? Appraisal report may/may not contain a job description. and it is mostly prepared by Hr and your boss, sometime your input might be asked , but that's not common. Also, normally it is a confidential 'company owned' document which may or may not be accessible to employee.

They might have given u other choices to prove job responsibilities. Did they?
