I need some advice. I am malaysian holding temporary resident visa, currently married to a canadian citizen.
We are applying spousal sponsorship for permanent residence in canada along with open work permit. We are living together.
So, do i need to give biometrics? There isnt a clear answer. On cic website says need to give biometrics but another page says theres no need. Im very very confused as there is no clear explanation.
I dont wanna spend 1000 dollars more to leave canada just to give biometrics, doesnt make any sense.
