My Gf recently got her TCF grade of C1 in both listening and speaking. She has only 8 months left in her work permit. She's gonna apply for peq-worker next week but seeing the current processing times (6-7 months without interview and with interview couple of weeks more) she's in a precarious situation. Her CRS score is coming around 460. In Quebec without csq and pr application, she isn't eligible for closed work permit.
My question is while working in Quebec, once she gets ITA, what she needs to do to prove to VO that she wants to leave Quebec. It's a very dicey situation she's in.
@cherti is an expert on this. Please advise.
If others besides cherti can shed light, that would be great.
