Applied from Sydney,Got our medical and police clearance request

Hi everyone;
We got our Medical and police clearance request 3 days ago.
Applied August 2005, AOR 25 August 2005,Documents requested Jan. 2008, Medical and Police requested June 2008.
They didn't send any letter requesting interview nor anything if interview is being waived or not.
I'm not sure if they would ask for interview later or not.Anyone knows?
Also if interview is not needed how long more should we wait till visa grants?

if u have been asked for medicals, u dnt need interview anymore.
