HELLO EVERYONE,
I AM A NEWBIE HERE. I AM CURRENTLY IN CALGARY WORKING AS A LOW SKILEED WORKER CATEGORY.
I HAVE A CHANCE TO SUBMIT MY MANITOBA GENERAL STREAM PAPERS LAST MAY 5, 09 AND GOT A LETTERFROM THEM
SAYING TAHT THEY ACCEPTED MY PAPERS AND ALL I CAN DO IS TO WAIT FOR THIER NOMINATION LETTER.
I AM WAIITNG FOR THAT LETTER OF NOMINATION AND ONCE I GOT IT.
I AM PLANNING TO GO HOME BECAUSE I MISSED MY FAMILY AND KIDS SO MUCH. I STILL DONT KNOW IF I WILL
HAVE A HOLDAY OR STAY THERE FOR GOOD. I CAN ONLY ASSESS ONCE I GOT HOME IN MY COUNTRY.

MY QUESTION IS, IF I GOT THE LETTER OF NOMINATION I CAN FILE OR PROCESSED IT IN MY HOME COUNTRY ? OR SUBMIT IT HERE
WHILE IM IN CANDA ( NEAREST IS US OFFICE ) AND CHANGE ADDRESS AFTER WARDS.

HOPE SOMEONE CAN ENLIGHTEN ME...

Yes, with the letter in hand, you can apply from anywhere. Just hold on until you get the letter, then you can go home and have some good time with your family. Personally, I think it is better to apply from the place where you will be until the end of the process, rather than changing you address while in process. Good Luck.
