On April 17th. When should I hear a response? Waiting for a B#?

What are the common reason that a B# gets rejected?

17th april- 2009 to Sydeny, i read waiting time is 1 to 3 months hearing from sydeny. What do you mean #B gets rejected?? i couldnt understand this question. I think #B is file number and all of us has/had/and will have #B, included all who got approved and reached in canada, who are under process and who are going to apply. So i dont think there any any Particular reason of thinking as #B gets rejected.

I guess B# is the file. What I meant was that what if the application gets rejected due to errors on there?
