am new here and would like to know if Form IMM 5475 is different from IMM 5476.
Am the sponsor and would like to know the status of my Outland family class sponsorship application without cancelling my lawyer who is currently the my representative on this application.
I asked because often time when I call ircc here in Canada, they keep telling me the application is being processed from outside and they can’t access any information on the application and moreover I have a use of representative on this application.
I have sent web forms all to no avail.
The new representative of ircc I spoke to today asked me to fill out the IMM 5475 form and with this I can get information on the applications but am not sure if I fill this form if it will automatically cancel my use of rep.
My application is long passed processing time. I put in this application since 2021 and the last email I received from ircc was for my spouse to redo medical and police clearance which he had done already in 2022.
pleads I would appreciate any response from anybody going through the same issues.
