application payment issue

Hi All,

I have got Notification of interest from Ontario on may 4 . After filling all form from the application, when I submitted, money was deducted from my account but the site give me a timeout error.

Now when I access to my application again, it shows waiting for submission. When I go to payment, it shows error "Erreur. Veuillez réessayer. Si vous éprouvez à nouveau des difficultés, veuillez contacter le ministère par courriel pour obtenir de l'aide."

have someone face before ? and how could this problem be solved?
