Application in Montreal after Judge approval

How long will it take to get the oath after the judge approved my application?

Is there anyone here can provide me the information?

My oath date will take place two months and 5 days after the judge approval.

did you call them? what is the reason? its been 5 months now right. when i passed the exam they mentioned that when the judge approved the applications it will take between 2-4 months only. How come 5 monhts

We've call them at least 5 times.
First, they said we have to wait until 6 months after test. Then, they said our dossier was aproved by the judge.
Then, they said we're in the line to the oath invitation.
Now, the last call they said our application was approved on march and it should be called to the oath ceremony until october, when it will complete 36 months, if not we should call them and they will send a note to the local bureau.

Yesterday, we ordered GCMS notes via ATIP.
Let's see what it's going to tell us when it arrives.

If you're under 36 months, they tell you to wait until then.

If you're over 36 months, they tell you to wait until 6 months after the test, or until 6 months after the approval of your file, etc.

I'd just want to point out that the current processing times went down to 35 months for 80% of the non-routine applicants. So those of you under 36 months, you should be able to complain at the 35 month mark...

ha ha ha no no dont worry i dont loose hope anyways my situation is really fast coz I applied October 2013 and took the exam on June. so its pretty fast. I called and they confirmed that I got approved by the judge , thats more than enough for me

correct I agree anyways we dont know what is happening there in CIC hehehe
