AOR in May 2015 but no update received

I had received ITA in the month of March and submitted application in the month of the May. But after that, there is no update in the status. Even Medical is showing as "Not Needed at this time".Can anybody let me know that if CIC takes this much processing time or anybody faced similar scenario? :-[ :-[

CIC would take upto 6 months to arrive at a decision for your application

Did you submit your file from canada or ouside canada.
