Anyone try to contact CIC regarding 2171 being capped？

I am Oct-16 applicant for (capped) NOC 2171.

It just does not make much sense to me that they processed 400+ applications within 2 weeks.

I am just wondering if it is sensible to contact CIC asking for comfirmation regarding 2171 capped until when?

What e-mail address I could contact them via or phone number?

I sent my application outside canada and I heard people saying they do not accept enquiries of applications overseas?

There's really no one to contact at CIC with this question. You'll just have to wait until you hear from CIC.
